MY ARDMORE EXPERIENCE

I am extremely outgoing and my position allows me to work with people on all levels within our organization and out in the community to secure competitive employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervising a talented staff of job coaches, job and community developers, and working with other colleagues makes every day a pleasure to come to work. Our “out-of-the box-ideas” team brainstorming meetings to explore creative employment experiences for the individuals we serve is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job. That, and of course, seeing the people we support move toward achieving their dreams.

 

MY BACKGROUND

I am a proud Michigander and alumnus of Central Michigan University who moved to Maryland in 2014. I have my endorsement in Behavioral Science and Psychology and have been working in the human services field for over 10 years

MY INTERESTS

I enjoy seeing the United States and have traveled to 22 states so far. Hoping to trek to all 50 states by 2024.
