With nearly three decades of experience in the disability support field, Staci Jones’ strength and career focus has been in person-centered services, values and practices with an emphasis in organizational transformation toward more employment and community-based models of support.
She began her career working as a direct support professional (DSP) and later a program manager with a residential service provider. Staci has worked with people in day and employment services and settings as a DSP, job coach, job developer, trainer, and director.
Prior to joining Ardmore in December 2020, Staci served as the Statewide Employment Services Coordinator with the Maryland Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDA). In that role, she provided leadership around Maryland's Employment First initiative and in 2019 was nominated for the Public Policy Advocate of the Year at the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) national conference.
Staci is a former member of the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council (DD Council) She is also graduate of the Leadership Frederick County as well as the National Leadership's Consortium on Developmental Disabilities: Leadership Institute.
