In Fall 2023, Ardmore embarked on a transformative, inclusive process of curiosity, discovery, visioning, and goal setting that spanned over 10 months. This journey elevated voices across our community, ensuring people, staff, families, and partners had equal opportunities to shape our future.

Our strategic planning embraced a strengths-based, inquiry-driven approach. Through open dialogue, small groups, and large gatherings, participants listened, shared perspectives, and identified critical priorities to guide leadership and decision-making.

The Key Strategic Focus Areas that emerged reflect the collective energy and insight of our community. While foundational areas like Financial Stability and Workforce Development were expected, their framing was uniquely shaped by this collaborative process.
