Gennile  joins Ardmore’s leadership team with 18 years of progressive experience in the fields of Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability.

 

She started her career in 2004 working with the mental health population as a paraprofessional.  Along the way, she developed a new profound love for working with the Intellectual and Developmental community.

 

Over the years, Gennile, has worked in various positions delivering services to various populations such as mental health, children & adolescents and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her previous roles include assisted living supervisor, life coach, in-home counselor, clinical child & adolescent support coordinator and more recently program manager supervising sponsored residential and group homes in Culpeper, Virginia.

 

Gennile received her BA degree from Shaw University located in Raleigh, NC and is also a candidate for a master’s degree in counseling.
