Ardmore will have effective and efficient internal systems that drive innovative service delivery and quality person centered services. Ardmore will strengthen its infrastructure by fully utilizing organization wide systems and data driven decision-making. Ardmore welcomes and explores opportunities to innovate and transform operations and service delivery. Ardmore will incorporate additional automation and technology to create administrative efficiencies and facilitate a robust flow of information and knowledge through all levels of the organization.

This Key Strategic Focus Area contains two (2) big picture goals and several measurable objectives associated with each goal.

Key Strategies

  • Develop tailored training sessions for DSPs focused on each technology system (intranet, CIMS, SharePoint).

  • Create easily accessible training materials such as video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and FAQs to provide ongoing support and reference.

  • The development of an automated workflow process of Personnel Action Forms (PAF) are needed to ensure staff are in the correct positions, EEOC codes, and internal organization codes.

  • Using data analytics to better understand the needs and preferences of people with disabilities and to tailor support services accordingly.

  • Explore the use of assistive technology to help people with disabilities communicate, learn, and participate more fully in their communities. 

  • Explore the potential of smart home technology to improve the independence and quality of life of people with disabilities.
