Ardmore's Strategic Plan
Building Strong Community – Enhancing External Relations
Ardmore enhances its presence and external relations to strengthen community engagement and collaborative initiatives, further promoting inclusive environments. Ardmore has an inclusive and supportive community where families feel knowledgeable and equipped to partner in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities.
This Key Strategic Focus Area contains two (2) big picture goals and several measurable objectives associated with each goal.
Goal #1
Key Strategies
-
Utilize personalized communication methods, such as phone calls or tailored emails, to keep families informed about their family members’ progress and relevant organizational updates.
-
Develop key areas of focus and objectives for Family Council, to include multiple formats, deliverables and targeted audiences.
-
Host quarterly family engagement events, such as open houses, informational sessions, and family forums, where families can learn about Ardmore's services, meet staff, and connect with other families.
Goal #2
Key Strategies
-
Conduct a thorough brand audit to assess Ardmore's current branding, including logo, messaging, and public perception.
-
Engage key stakeholders (staff, families, community partners) in revising the vision statement and organizational values to ensure they reflect Ardmore's commitment to being a community resource.
